    積層された構造を有する磁気抵抗効果ヘッドにおいて前
    記強磁性磁気抵抗効果素子を形成する基板の表面、もし
    くは前記導体層の前記強磁性磁気抵抗効果素子と接触す
    る表面が１個又は複数個の相互に平行で直線状の凸部又
    は凹部を有することを特徴とする磁気抵抗効果ヘッド。
