ィーゼルノ4ティキュレートの堆積が多くなると排気圧

タ4′を用いたディーゼルノやティキュレート浄化装置
を示し、10.11は夫々フィルタ4′に夫々加熱通路
4eと連通ずるよう取付けられた熱風入口および熱風出
口、12は熱風出口11に設けられその温度を測定する
温度センサで、温度センサ12の出力は制御装置7に入
力される。又、加熱装置9は熱風入口1oに連結さnる

キュレートの一部に着火されるとともにこの壁面の温度
が上昇し、フィルタ本体4aに付着した堆積物が焼却さ
ルる。焼却さ几た堆積物は排気管5を介して大気に放出
される。又、焼却さnた堆積物の一部は多孔質の壁面を
通υ、熱風出口11よりわト出さnる。この熱風出口1
1に取付けた温度センサ12によシ加熱温度を測定し、
この測定信号を制御装置7にフィードバックし、燃料の
調節により加熱温度の制御を行うつ
尚、上記実施例では加熱装置9としてディーゼル燃料を
用いた燃焼器の例を示したが、加熱装置9として電熱ヒ
ータ、高周波加熱、訪導電流等によって加熱するように

加熱装置が排気ガス通路とは連通していないために加熱
装置にディーゼルパティキュレートが堆積して加熱装置
が劣化したり、この結果フィルタが破損したシすること

によシフィルタに捕集されたディーゼルパティキュレー
トを焼却除去するようにしたことを特徴とするディーゼ
