Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）使いすておむつの前側・背側の一方のウェスト部
    分の両側端に一端が固定されて取り付けられた締結片に
    おいて、 前記締結片は、その基材が前記おむつの使用時に幼児の
    机側に面する実質的に非易延伸性の表面ウェブと非肌側
    に面する易延伸性の裏面ウェブとからなり、 前記固定端から自由端へ順次に少なくとも離型部分と不
    使用時に折り返されて該離型部分に仮着される粘着部分
    と非粘着摘持部分とを有するとともに、該離型部分と該
    粘着部分とは前記表面ウェブに設けられ、 前記表面ウェブは、前記粘着部分と前記非粘着摘持部分
    とを除く他の部分の少なくとも一部分において、該一部
    分に位置する前記裏面ウェブの当該部分の延伸時の長さ
    に追随しうる長さの弛み部分を有することを特徴とする
    前記締結片。
  2. （２）表面ウェブは不織布からなる実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第（１）項記載の使いすておむつの締結片。
  3. （３）裏面ウェブはプラスチック・ゴム系などの熱可塑
    性のフィルムのいずれかからなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第（１）項記載の使いすておむつの締結片。
  4. （４）　　粘着部分と非粘着摘持部分とは基材の自由端
    が裏面ウェブ側へ折り重ねらでいるとともに該折り重ね
    部分が接着され、かつ該折り重ね部分に粘着部分と非粘
    着摘持部分とが設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第（１）項記載の使いすておむつの締結片。
  5. （５）　　基材を構成する裏面ウェブの伸度は２０％以
    上である実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の使い
    すておむつの締結片。
