Traditionally, fresh ingredients such as horse mackerel, mackerel, sardines, bonito, tuna, etc. are treated with enzymes with protease, and then the water-soluble portion is concentrated. The main component is relatively low-molecular protein and contains small amounts of flavor components such as glutamine and sansoda. In addition, the allergens that often cause allergic reactions in mackerel and the like have been completely removed, making it a safe, nutritious, natural food containing high-unit protein. In addition, in recent years, this product has been recognized to have diabetes-improving effects, fatigue recovery, anti-stress effects, etc., and has attracted attention as a health food. However, extracts are usually obtained as a brown viscous liquid and are extremely soluble in water.
It usually contains about 20 to 30% water, and even when dried by freeze-drying or spray-drying, it has extremely high hygroscopicity and requires special consideration for storage. It also has a distinctive blue-black odor, which improves health. Alternatively, some kind of measure is needed to make it easier to eat the required amount regularly as a nutritionally fortified food.

One possible way to make it easier to eat is to formulate a formulation by tablet molding, but in this case, as mentioned above, the raw material extract is a water-containing liquid (because it is hygroscopic, a stable and unbreakable mold can be obtained). To achieve this, a large amount of excipients must be used, which limits the amount of extract contained in each tablet, and it is usually necessary to take a considerable number of tablets to consume a healthy amount. In addition, in order to reduce the deterioration of the extract, which is a natural product, and to reduce the characteristic odor of the extract, it is necessary to further coat the surface of the tablet, which increases the formulation cost and makes it economical. In addition, if you enclose it in an ampoule or eat it with a straw, you will have problems with carrying and transporting it, and in addition, this extract has a unique odor, so it should not be used by adults, people with weak constitutions, sick people, etc. It is extremely difficult for children to eat regularly.

The inventors of the present invention have conducted various studies to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks and to improve its functionality as a health food.As a result, the present inventors have added an appropriate amount of excipients to granulate or dry powder, or frozen the extract. The present invention has been completed by discovering that the object can be achieved by unit packaging powder obtained by direct drying using a method such as drying in a clean manner.

That is, the present invention makes it possible to solidify the dorsal horn extract, which is the main ingredient, by adding excipients, etc., to make it into granules or powder, and to make it possible to package it in units such as stick packaging or capsule filling, which is effective for adults to consume per day. In addition to making it easier to eat the amount of ``-1oii'', since each unit package is sealed, it is cut off from the outside air, which eliminates the problem of odor peculiar to extracts. Packaging also improves the stability of the product. In other words, granulation improves the convenience of use, increases the concentration of active ingredients, and allows for multi-component granulation by mixing with granules containing other ingredients. Significant improvements in dispersibility and prevention of deterioration are achieved. In granulation, the size of the granules can be changed as desired, and it can be packaged in any amount of stain, etc., depending on the application, and when used, after opening the stick. Of course, you can put it in your mouth and take it with water, etc., but because it has excellent disintegration and dispersibility in water, you can dissolve it in hot water, pour it into soup at mealtimes, or sprinkle it on top of rice. It was also possible to eat.

Furthermore, it is of course possible to mix vitamins and fatty acids into the granules, but it is also possible to create multi-component granules by mixing granules containing other nutrients, making it possible to provide health processed foods with high nutritional value. .

The granulated extract used in the present invention may be a frozen or spray-dried product, but for example, when freeze-drying, it is necessary to process it with a dilute solution, and in addition to the physical properties such as hygroscopicity of the obtained powder, there are also cost issues. But there's a problem. Therefore, it is desirable to use the extract stock solution as it is and granulate it using as little excipient as possible, and as a result of various studies, we found that it is 5 to 150 parts, preferably 10 parts to 100 parts of mackerel extract.
When adding ~50 parts of a molding aid, granulation can be carried out under normal pressure and at a temperature of ~7°C, and when using a molding aid of 20 to 200 parts, preferably 80 to 120 parts, it is generally possible to perform granulation. It can be granulated, and it is granulated using a granulator and sized using a sieving machine.
Granules could be obtained by drying in a dryer.

Especially when gelatin capsules are used, gelatin acts as a source of amino acids, as a food for sick people, as a blood thickener for people with anemia, as a source of nitrogen for people on a salt-free diet, and as a food for the nails. It is also known to have the effect of making nails stronger and more beautiful for people with sensitive nails, making it suitable as a health food.

The granulated extract produced in this way is sealed from the outside world and packed in stain packaging or capsules to prevent deterioration of the active ingredients of the natural dorsal horn extract, reduce the characteristic odor of the extract, and make it easier to eat. In addition, the dosage can be determined by number.Furthermore, it is also possible to mix and fill the product with vitamins, fatty acids, or ingredients for flavoring or odor correction, which is expected to improve its functionality as a health food. It is also suitable for transportation.Adults should consume 3 to 10 ml of this extract per day.
When eaten, it can be expected to not only enhance nutrition, but also relieve fatigue, alleviate stress, and improve diabetes. You can also increase or decrease the intake depending on your symptoms, and add vitamins, unsaturated fatty acids, etc. to expect synergistic effects. You can also.
