各段の送出部の中間に設けた冷菓供給部及び必要に応じ
たソース供給部とを備える装置を提供するにある。

のコンベアベルトから成る連続する帯状の走行路であっ
て、この走行路1上にはその進行方向において前後3箇
所に、コイル状に巻き込んだシート状食品としてのクレ
ープ3,4.5の送り出しローラすなわち送出部6,7
.8を設け、かつ送出部6,7の間及び送出部7,8の
間にはそれぞれ粘稠状冷菓としてのアイスクリームのノ
ズルすなわち冷菓供給部9,10を備える。これら冷菓
供給部9,10はそれぞれ開閉弁11.12を設けたパ
イプ13.14を介して、図示しないフリーザからのパ
イプ15に接続される。なお送出部6,7の間の冷菓供
給部9には味つけ用ソース(例えばストロベリー、チョ
コレートなど)供給部16を付設する。なお17.18
は第一、第二の製品押えローラであって、これらローラ
17,18を含んで前記送出部6,7,8;冷菓供給部
9,10;ソース供給部16は、第2図に示すように走

続製造装置。 5、前記連続する帯状の走行路がエンドレスコンベアベ
