Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゲートターンオフサイリスタにオンゲート電流を供給す
    る手段と、前記ゲートターンオフサイリスタにオフゲー
    トバイアス電流を供給する手段と、前記ゲートターンオ
    フサイリスタにパルス状のオフゲート電流を供給する手
    段とを備え、前記オフゲート電流供給手段は、オフゲー
    ト電源、第一１のダイオード、単巻変圧器の２次巻線、
    前記単巻変圧器の１次巻線およびスイッチ手段がこの順
    に接続されている閉回路と、前記単巻変圧器の２次巻線
    、電界効果型トランジスタおよび第２のダイオードの順
    に接続され、このダイオード側の一端が前記ゲートター
    ンオフサイリスタのゲート電極に、他端が前記ゲートタ
    ーンオフサイリスタのカソード電極に接続されている第
    １の直列接続体と、前記単巻変圧器の２次巻線および前
    記スイッチ手段からなる第２の直列接続体に並列に接続
    されているコンデンサとを具備腰前記電界効果型トラン
    ジスタが前記単巻変圧器の２次巻線電圧によりオン・オ
    フを制御されるように構成されているゲートターンオフ
    サイリスタのゲート回路。
