Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ゲートターンオフサイリスタにオンゲート電流を供給す
    る手段と、前記ゲートターンオフサイリスクにヒフゲー
    トバイアス電流を供給する手段と、前記ゲートターンオ
    フサイリスタにパルス状のオフゲート電流を供給する手
    段とを備え、前記オフゲート電流供給手段はオフゲート
    電源、単巻変圧器の２次巻線、前記単巻変圧器の１次巻
    線及びスイッチ手段がこの順に接続されている閉回路と
    、前記単巻変圧器の２次巻線、ダイオードの直列体ある
    いはダイオードと電界効果トランジスタの直列体が前記
    ゲートターンオフサイリスタのカソードとゲート電極間
    に接続されている閉回路を具備し、前記オフゲートバイ
    アス電流供給手段は前記ゲートターンオフサイリスクの
    ゲートとカソード電極間に抵抗、ダイオード、オフバイ
    アス電源がこの順に接続されている閉回路と、この抵抗
    とダイオードの中間点と前記ゲートターンオフサイリス
    クのカソード電極間に接続されたコンデンサと、このコ
    ンデンサの上記中間点側から前記単巻変圧器の２次巻線
    間に向って導通ずるよう接続されたダイオードを具備し
    、前記オフゲートバイアス電流供給手段のコンデンサを
    前記単巻変圧器の２次巻線の電圧まで過充電するように
    したゲートターンオフサイリスクのゲート回路。
