Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）オンゲート電流回路とオフゲート電流回路を具え
    るゲートターンオフサイリスタのゲート回路において、
    上記オフゲート回路の出力変圧器の２次側にオンゲート
    電流逆流阻止用スイッチング素子を挿入し、該スイッチ
    ング素子を上記出力変圧器の２次誘起電圧によって導通
    させることを特徴とするゲートターンオフサイリスタの
    ゲート回路。
  2. （２）スイッチング素子がサイリスタであってそのゲー
    ト・カソード間に抵抗が挿入されていることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のゲートターンオ
    フサイリスタのゲート回路。
  3. （３）スイッチング素子がトランジスタであって、ぞの
    ベース・コレクタ間に抵抗が挿入されていることを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のゲートター
    ンオフサイリスタのゲート回路。
