    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 車両用エンジンの排気管内に設けられ、同排気管の排気
    ガス通路を少くとも部分的に閉塞することによって制動
    効果を生起するようにしたバターフライ弁を有するもの
    において、同バターフライ弁上に、弁孔と同弁孔を開閉
    する茸弁とを設けて、同茸弁が上記エンジンの設定回転
    数以下で開き、同回転数以上の回転数に閉じるように構
    成されたことを特徴とする車両用エキゾーストブレーキ
    弁。
