    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. タービンへの排気ガス導入通路を通路断面積の異なる複
    数の排気ガス導入通路で構成するとともに、各排気ガス
    導入通路を開閉する切替バルブをそれぞれ設け、かつエ
    ンジンの運転状態に応じて上記切替バルブを開閉制御し
    て、タービンへの排気ガス導入通路の通路断面積を多段
    に設定する制御手段を設けたことを特徴とする排気ター
    ボ過給機付エンジン。
