5aに集中する。このため第3図a,b,cに示した如

)直径とコイル挿入ブレード3の空隙4との比率によっ
ては、コイル5がコイル挿入ブレード3の空隙4で蝶の
働きをする。即ち第3図のaとcは線が整列状態である
からコイル挿入は可能である。これに対し第3図bにお
いては線が千鳥状になっているので、隣接する線間及び
コイル挿入ブレード3間との摩擦抵抗とにより、第4図
に示した如く線潰れが発生して、線に傷が付き断線やコ
イル挿入不能の原因となっていた。このためコイル挿入
ブレード3の空隙4に対するコイル5の線径適用範囲が
制限され、同一の固定子鉄心においてもコイル5の線径
が異なれば、コイル挿入プレード3の空隙4の違ったコ
イル挿入拾臭1を必要としていた。

ストリッパー2を押上げると、コイル5の線はフィン2
aとネジ山9の谷とによって押上げられて固定子鉄心溝
7へ収納され始める。続いてコイルストリッパー2の頭
部が最上部に近づくに従い、線は固定子鉄心6の外蓬方
向へ倒れてネジ山9から外れ、最上部に達した時点でコ
イル分割用ネジ8は線から外れ固定子鉄心溝7へのコイ
