    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内燃機関によって駆動されて電力を発生する発電機と、
    前記内燃機関の排ガス温度を液体に熱交換する熱交換器
    と、この熱交換器に前記液体を供給するポンプと、建家
    の低層階に設置され前記液体と大気との間で熱交換する
    ファンコイル装置と、前記建家の高層階に設置され前記
    発電機で発生した電力を使用して暖冷房する冷暖房装置
    とからなる熱併給発電装置。
