For example, as in the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-88670, when manufacturing disposable diapers, an elastic member is first stretched, and then an adhesive is applied intermittently to form a polyethylene sheet. It is glued. Today, the used disposable diaper manufacturing equipment produces 300 per minute.
Diapers are being manufactured at a rate of more than 100 diapers.

The hot melt is intermittently discharged from the gun in a relatively sticky state of about 1,000 to 5.0 OO cps.

That is,
The present invention is a method for continuously bonding a stretchable member to a flexible sheet, in which an adhesive is intermittently applied to the stretchable member, and then the stretchable member is stretched. The present invention provides a method for adhering a stretchable member to a flexible sheet.

Since the length is 2.5 times longer, according to the method of the present invention, the elastic member before being stretched is approximately 0.4 to 0.67 times faster than the speed of the flexible sheet conveyed within the manufacturing equipment. Speed is the key, which is a very advantageous condition when applying adhesive.

Therefore, if a stretchable member coated with adhesive is directly adhered to a polyethylene sheet, wrinkles or holes will occur in the polyethylene sheet due to the influence of heat, making it impossible to manufacture a good product. Therefore, when adhering the elastic member to the polyethylene sheet, it is preferable to wrap the polyethylene sheet around a cooled roll in order to eliminate the influence of this heat. The temperature of the cooling roll is approximately 5-25℃
is preferred.
