(d) A step of adhering the stretched elastic material to a part of the sheet where the adhesive has been applied. (e) A process of cutting both the sheet and the elastic material at a portion where the elastic material is not bonded to the sheet. 2. It has a first supply route that supplies the sheet, a second supply route that supplies the elastic material onto the sheet, and a cutting machine that cuts the sheet and the elastic material, and the first supply route has a swingable A device for attaching an elastic material to a sheet, which is equipped with an adhesive applicator and has two feed rollers with different rotational speeds on the second supply path.
