にして第１、第２回路基板が互いに重ねられて構成され
るトリプレート型の回路素子の構造において、回路素子
の電極の一部を延ばして第１回路基板には回路素子の定
数調整用電極を形成し、また第２回路基板には、前記回
路定数調整用電極に対向する部分を除去して回路定数調
