Claims (1)
続してなる誘電体フィルタにおいて、誘電体からなる絶
縁板に所定の導電材料からなるコンデンサ電極をパター
ン状に集積化した誘電体基板を形成し、上記誘電体基板
に誘電体共振器の中心電極棒を固着してなることを特徴
