    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. イオン源と、該イオン源で生成されたイオンが入射する
    磁場と該磁場を通過したイオンを検出するイオン検出器
    と、磁場を掃引する手段とを備−え、該イオン検出器か
    ら得られた検出信号をローパスフィルタを介して取出す
    ようにした質量分析装置において、前記ローパスフィル
    タの遮断周波数を磁場強度に関連させて変化させるよう
    にしたことを特徴とする質量分析装置。
