Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、一般式
（式中、Ｒはシクロヘキシルメチルまたは２−フェノキ
シエチルを示す。） で表わされる新規なバラヒドロキシ安息香酸誘導体に関
する。

一般式（Ｉ）の本発明化合物は、たとえば、ｐ−ヒドロ
キシ安阜香酸とシクロヘキシルメチル（または２−フェ
ノキシエチル）ハライドと°を、適当な溶媒中、アルカ
リの存在下に加熱反応させることにより製造される。

実施例
１００−の二頭フラスコに、ｐ−しドロキシ安息香酸６
．２１ｇ、８５％水酸化カリウム３．９６ｇ。

シクロへ午シルメチルブロマイド８．８５ｇ、メチルセ
ロソルプ２０ｄ１水５ｄを仕込み、８５℃で９時間反応
させる。反応液を濃縮後、酢酸エチルを加え、アルカリ
水溶液で有機層を洗浄する。有機層を濃縮後、シリカゲ
ルカラムクロマトで単離精製する。かくして、融点９３
．２〜９４℃のｐ−（シクロヘキシルメトキシ）安息香
酸Ｏシクロへ中シルメチルエステルが得られる。
ロソルプ２０ｄ１水５ｄを仕込み、８５℃で９時間反応
させる。反応液を濃縮後、酢酸エチルを加え、アルカリ
水溶液で有機層を洗浄する。有機層を濃縮後、シリカゲ
ルカラムクロマトで単離精製する。かくして、融点９３
．２〜９４℃のｐ−（シクロヘキシルメトキシ）安息香
酸Ｏシクロへ中シルメチルエステルが得られる。
同様にして、融点９２．０〜９３．３℃のｐ−（２−フ
ェノキシエトキシ）安息香酸・２−フェノキシエチルエ
ステルが得られる。
