  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 トナー像担持支持体を融着させるための加熱融着部材と
    ； 前記融着部材から離隔されて居り、前記融着部材の温度
    を感知し、前記温度を表示する信号を生ずるための感知
    手段と； 前記感知手段に接続され、前記融着部材と前記感５ｆｆ
    −ｆ＝段との間に介在する支持体によるジャム状態に基
    く前記融着部材の温度の急激な低下を解釈するためのロ
    ジック制御解釈手段と； を含む融着装置。
