(発明の構成)
本発明は前記の目的を達成するために、コンベヤー上に

続いて設けた粉塵、水蒸気を除去するパージ、集塵機構
を有する水分計により構成したコンベヤー上の粉粒体水

コンベヤーで搬送中の粉粒体水分を、直接高精度で安定

ては、調湿結果把握用及び調湿連続制御用として、本発
明の水分連続測定装置により、調湿設備の高効率、安定
