Abstract

PURPOSE:To calculate the water content of substance to be dried by calculating the wt. change thereof caused by moisture evaporation, by a method wherein a truck mounting the substance to be dried is provided in a vacuum drying tank in a freely accessible manner and a load detector for weighing the truck is provided. CONSTITUTION:Substance A to be dried such as fibers or grains is placed on the high frequency electrode plate 3 on a truck 4 while an opening and closing lid 8 is closed by an opening and closing moving apparatus 7 to evacuate the vacuum drying tank 1 and vacuum drying is performed by utilizing the electrode plates 3, 16 as heat sources. する方式等が知られているが、前二者の二方式は高周波
を熱源とする真空乾燥機には採用できないと共に被乾燥
物の乾燥度の調節が極めて面倒である欠陥がある。
