Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a wire for noise filter by applying a conductive coating onto a thin insulation film formed on the surface of a good conductor and covering it with an insulation coating so as to utilize a distributed capacitance comprising the conductor coating. CONSTITUTION:The thin insulating coating 7 being a dielectric is formed on the surface of the good conductor 6 such as a copper wire or an aluminum wire, a conductive film 9 such as copper or aluminum or a magnetic conductive film 8 such as iron is provided to the surface of the film 7 by a chemical plating or vapor-deposition, and an insulation film 9 is formed on the surface of the film 8 so as to form a wire 10 constituting a distributed capacitance between the good conductor 6 and the conductive film 8. Terminating processing such as soldering is attained easily by exposing the terminal of the wire 10 while the wire 6 and the film 8 are shifted. In grounding the film 8 and connecting the wire 6 in series with a power supply circuit, noise superimposed on the power supply circuit is suppressed.

Therefore, this invention was devised to solve these problems and obtain an inexpensive wire material with a noise filtering effect. By providing a conductive coating through an insulating coating, we create a wire that actively forms a distributed capacitance for the conductive wire.
This wire can be used to wire a power supply circuit, or the wire can be wrapped around a coil to increase inductance.
It is configured to suppress noise superimposed on the p-power circuit by inserting it in series into the power-supply circuit.

As shown in Figure 3, a first thin insulating coating (7) serving as a dielectric is completely formed on the surface of a conductive wire (6) such as a copper wire or an aluminum wire, and this thin insulating coating (7) A conductive coating (8) such as copper or aluminum or magnetic conductive coating (8) such as iron is provided on the surface by electroless plating or vapor deposition, and
A second insulating coating (9) is formed on the surface of this conductive coating (8), and a wire (10) is formed in which distributed capacitance is actively formed between the good conductive wire (6) and the conductive coating (8). Then, the terminal of this wire (1[) is a good conductive wire (
6) and the conductive coating (8) are exposed in a shifted state so that connection processing such as soldering can be easily performed.

By winding this wire 00 into a coil, the inductance increases, and capacitance is formed in a distributed constant manner through the first thin dielectric insulation coating (7). Additionally, the outermost layer of the wire αO) is provided with a second insulation coating (9).
Therefore, when the wire α0 is wound into a coil, short circuits between the conductive coatings (8) will not occur between adjacent coils.
