従来の一般的なノイズフィルタの回路図を第3図に示す

の巻線を施したコモンモードチョークコイルであり、2
.3はライン、アース間に接続されたコモンモードノイ
ズ低減用コンデンサであり、4はライン間に接続された
ノーマルモードノイズ低減用のコンデンサである。従来
のノイズフィルタは、これらの部品をプリント基板上、
あるいは直接各部品のリード線を接続することによりフ
ィルタ回路を構成していた0発明が解決しようとする課
題
上述の従来の構成では、構成部品が多く、しかも、配線
1組立て工程も複雑になり、コスト面で著しく不利とな
り、大形化する。さらに、各種コンデンサ2〜4の接続
に要するリード線、プリント基板銅箔部が長く必要とな
りコンデンサと直列にインダクタンス成分が増加し、高

サを形成しさらに、トロイダルコアにトロイダル巻線を
施すことによりコイルを形成し、これらを接続し、ノイ

に、トロイダルコアにトロイダル巻線を施すことにより
コイル素子が形成できる。このことにより、ノイズフィ
ルタの構成部品点数を削減し、さらに、トロイダルコア
内の磁性金属箔からリード線を引き出し、コイルリード
、アース端子等必要な結線を最短距離で行えるため、配
線9組立ても簡単になり、リード線によるコンデンサと
直列にはいるインダクタンス成分も低減でき、高周波領
域におけるノイズ防止効果が改善できる。以上の理由に
よりノイズフィルタの小形化、低コスト化、高性能化が

第1図、第2図は、本発明の一実施例におけるノイズフ
ィルタの展開図、構造図である。非晶質金属等からなる
3枚の磁性金属箔5,6.7をポリエステル、ポリプロ
ピレンなど誘電率の高いしかも磁性金属箔より幅の広い
絶縁体からなる誘電体層8,9.10を介してリング状
に巻回し、トロイダルコア11を形成する。3枚の磁性
金属箔6〜7からは、リード線12,13.14を引出
し、中間に位置する磁性金属箔6をアース層、引き出さ
れたリード線13をアース端子とする。次に、トロイダ
ルコア11に第2図に示すように銅線16を往復電流に
よる磁束が相殺される向きに一対のトロイダル状に巻線
し、同一方向の一対の巻線端子16.17と磁性金属箔
からの端子12゜14を接続することによりノイズフィ

発明の効果
以上のような本発明は、複数の磁性金属箔間に誘電体層
を介して巻回したトロイダルコア内部にコンデンサを形
成し、トロイダルコア外周にコイルを形成してノイズフ
ィルタを構成するため、部品点数を極力減らせると共に
、小形化が可能となり、さらに、配線1組立ても簡単で
コスト面でも大幅な低減化が図れる。また、各種コンデ
ンサの接続に要するリード線の長さも、最短距離で配線
可能となり、高周波領域におけるノイズ低減効果が良化
する。以上のように数多くの利点を有し、工業的価値の
