Since natural veneers are difficult to obtain due to resource depletion, artificial veneers have been developed. This product is usually obtained by slicing a rotary veneer or a flitch assembly of rotary veneers, decolorizing the laminated sliced veneer, dyeing it, laminating it to obtain a flitch, and slicing this product. It will be done. For decolorization, after applying an alkaline solution to the veneer, cure it for about 24 hours to allow the alkaline solution to penetrate, then apply a hydrogen peroxide solution and cure it for more than 4 hours in an atmosphere at a temperature of 40℃ and 5℃. A method has been developed to do this. Conventionally, a curing method was used that applied steam after applying a hydrogen peroxide solution to enhance the decolorizing effect, but with this method, the longer the steam curing time, the more discoloration would occur, making it difficult to control the curing time. To avoid this, the k,Fi12 method was developed. However, in order to increase processing efficiency with this method, if a large number of veneers coated with hydrogen peroxide solution are loaded in excess of a certain number and cured for a long period of time, hydrogen peroxide will form on the veneers near the center in the loading direction. Since the heat of decomposition is accumulated and the temperature reaches a high temperature, the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide progresses too much, resulting in discoloration.

This is a side view of the model. First, an alkaline solution is applied to the material veneer, and the solution is cured for about 24 hours (for example, left to stand) to allow the solution to fully penetrate.
