    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 石英ガラス製封体内に互に対向する陽極および陰極を具
    えて成り、前記陽極はその周面全周に伸びる複数の溝を
    当該陽極の軸方向に離間して有して成り、前記複数の溝
    は陽極の先端側においては深さが小さく基端側において
    は深さが大きくなることを特徴とするショートアーク放
    電灯。
