    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コントロール室に流体を導入しその圧により弁体を偏位
    させてアクチュエータ等に供給すべき作動流体の流量あ
    るいは圧力を制御するようにしたサーボバルブにおいて
    、前記コントロール室に流体を導入するための導入路に
    、流体を排出するための連通路を接続するとともに、こ
    の連通路に圧電セラミックの変形を利用して開閉する流
    量制御弁を介設したことを特徴とするサーボバルブ。
