Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　少なくとも一方のシリンダカバーには、クッション
    プランジャが嵌入する凹所と、該凹所に連通ずる給排ポ
    ートと〈−該給排ポート側とシリンダ室側とを連通ずる
    ための流通路と、該流通路の途中に挿入されたクッショ
    ン調整用の絞り弁とが設けられており、上記シリンダカ
    バーとシリンダチューブとの間にはクッション工程の長
    さを適合させるためのアダプタ部材が介在され、該アダ
    プタ部材には、上記凹所と上記シリンダ室とに開口し上
    記クッションプランジャが嵌入するクッション孔と、上
    記流通路と上記シリンダ室とを連通ずる連通路とが設け
    られてなることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。 ２　上記シリンダカバーには、上記給排ポート側から上
    記シリンダ室側へのみ流通可能なチェック流路が設けら
    れ、上記アダプタ部材には、上記チェック流路と上記シ
    リンダ室とを連通ずる連通路が設けられてなる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の流体圧シリンダ。
