Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ本体内に挿入したピストンロッドに、固定ピス
    トンと、この固定ピストンが所定ストローク往復摺動可
    能な流体室を内設していてそれ自体がシリンダ本体内の
    流体室を所定ストローク往復摺動可能なフリーピストン
    とを設けると共に、上記シリンダ本体にはその流体室の
    往動側室及び復動側室にそれぞれ開口する圧力流体給排
    ポートを設け、また上記ピストンロッドにはフリーピス
    トン内の流体室の往動側室からシリンダ外部に通じる流
    通路を内設し、更にフリーピストンにはその流体室の復
    動側室とシリンダ本体内の流体室の往動側室とを連通せ
    しめる連通路を開設してなる２段ストローク形流体圧シ
    リンダ。
