Conventionally, foamed polyolefin resin plates have been widely used in thin sheets with fine air bubbles, but the inventor of the present invention conversely made the air bubbles huge, thereby creating various types of resin that had not been seen before. They discovered that it is possible to make a foam that has an effect, and came up with the present invention.

Conventionally, sheet-like or plate-like airbags in which air is completely sealed in a cylindrical shape between two polyethylene films have been widely used as various packaging cushioning materials or heat insulating materials. Although it requires equipment and is therefore expensive, the foamed polyolefin resin plate 1 of the present invention uses a known cell regulator in a smaller amount than conventionally used (conventionally, about 10 parts per 10 parts of polyolefin). 1 part by weight), it can be easily manufactured by extrusion foaming with a normal extruder, so it can be obtained extremely economically, has excellent cushioning properties, good restoring force, and has a foaming ratio higher than that of airbags. Since it can be made high, it is lightweight and can be widely used as a cushioning material and other purposes.
