Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 天井側からクリーンエアーを下吹きし、下降するエアー
    を床下に吸引するクリーンルーム内に、上下方向ならび
    に横方向に複数の区画収納空間を有する棚と、この棚に
    沿った一定経路上を走行自在で且つ昇降ならびに横方向
    出退自在な荷保持具を有する搬入用装置とを設け、前記
    棚は、前記搬入用装置に対向する前面を開放すると共に
    、後面側にカバーを配設して該カバー内と各区画収納室
    間とを連通し、このカバーの上端内に前記下吹きのクリ
    ーンエアーを供給すべく構成したことを特徴とするクリ
    ーンルーム内の荷保管設備。
