    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 天井側からクリーンエアーを下吹きし、下隣するエアー
    を床下に吸引するクリーンルーム内に荷搬送装置を配設
    し、この荷搬送装置の走行経路の適所に囲壁体によりス
    テーション室を形成し、このステーション室内に、保管
    棚と荷搬送製装置との間で荷の移載を行なう移載装置と
    を設け、さら、にステーション室内にクリーンユニット
    を設け、このクリーンユニットからのクリーンエアーを
    、前記保管棚と荷搬送装置とに供給すべく構成したこと
    を特徴とするクリーンルーム内の荷搬送設備。
