Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. (1)白熱電球が用いられている光電的測長又は測角装
    置において、白熱電球29はぼり要素および減衰要素2
    8を介して担持部材21上に配置され、その際ばね要素
    および減衰要素28は一緒にまとめられ、大なる内部減
    衰を有する弾性重合体(エラストマー)より成る少くと
    も1個の栓として形成されていること、白熱電球29は
    付加質量27を備えていることを特徴とする装置。
  2. (2)栓28は枠27と担持部材21とに設けられた対
    応する穿孔26.25の中にそれぞれ差込むことが可能
    になっていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第1項記載の装置。
  3. (3)  弾性重合体(エラストマー)はシリコンゴム
    から成り立っていることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の装置。
  4. (4)担持部材21は調節ねじ33を用いて、白熱  
     。 電球29のフィラメントが照明コンデンサーの焦点に来
    る様に調節可能である。ことを特徴とする、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのうちのいずれか一
    つに記載の装置。
