目的
本願発明者は毛髪が何故白くなるかについて考察した結

もゎかった。古来よシ大根葉は非常に栄養値が高いこと
は言はれているがこれに含まれているアクの為食に適さ
ない。そこで本願発明者は大根葉及びレタスの葉からア
クを抜去し、これを摩剥として栄養価高く、体力増進に

ち各別に搾汁器にかけて搾汁しその汁の上面に浮いたア
クを除去し、次に大根葉汁とレタス汁を容儀2:1の割
合で混合し、この液を鍋に入れて加熱沸騰させること1
〜2分間にて液をアク液と黒縁色の小さな粒子とに分離
させ、この沸騰した液を布袋に流し込みろ過することに
よってアク液を除去し、袋内に黒縁色の小粒を残存させ
、この袋を2〜8回水洗して絞り上ることによシ純良な
栄養食品たる黒縁色粒子を得ることを特徴とする大根と
