Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属製外周器の中心部に外周器底面に一端を固定して支
    持した共振棒の上端面と外周器上面との間の静電容量を
    変化して共振用波数を微調整する形式の空胴共振器にお
    いて、微調整用容量として外周器の上面にシリンダ状ト
    リマコンデンサを取付け、該トリマコンデンサの共振棒
    に対向する端面に電極を設け、該電極とトリマコンデン
    サ本来の外部電極との間にバラクタダイオードを接続し
    、これに加えるバイアス電圧を変化することにより共振
    周波数を微調整し得る空胴共振器の周波数微調整器。
