示す。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）交叉指電極からなる入出カドランスデューサ゛を
    表面に備える圧電基板上の一側端に入出力およびアース
    端子が配置され、かつアース端子が中央に入出力端子が
    両側端に離隔上で配設されてなることを特徴とする弾性
    表面波装置。
  2. （２）圧電基板の底面を保持器表面より浮かせるために
    該底面の一端面と該保持器表面との間に配設されるＵ字
    形金属板からなる保持器が該基板のアース端子と接続さ
    れてなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の弾性表面波装置。
