【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はランプ・アニール装置掃造に関する。
従来、ランプ・アニール装置δは、ハロゲン・ランプを
光源とし、試料表面に均一に一括照射する（＞、ｉ＜
４７’＋を有していることが通例であった。

しかし、上記従来技術ではランプ加熱の特開が短かくで
きないという欠点があった。

本発明は、かかる従来技術の欠点をなくし、短ＩＩ 間
でハロゲン・ランプによるアニール処理が可能とするラ
ンプ・アニール装置を提供することを目的とする。

上記目的を達成するための本発明の基本的な借成は、ラ
ンプ・アニール装置において、ハロゲン・ランプを光源
とし、該ランプからの放射光をレンズ光学系崖たは反射
光学系により点状または線状に絞り、試料表面に照射し
、該点状または線状光を実質的に試料表面を走査させる
機構を具備することを４１Ｍ・徴とする。
