PURPOSE:To enable a paper feeder to accurately send paper for a printer, a plotter or the like, by pinch-conveying the paper with driving wheels and idle wheels, whose peripheral surfaces have protrusions and recesses that have a regular pattern and can be engaged with each other. CONSTITUTION:Driving wheels 2 are provided on a shaft 1 and rotated synchronously with the shaft. U-shaped members 4 are provided on a shaft 3.
