ない性質をもった花弁の抽苔を人工的に行う為に育苗床
を温室又はパイプハウス等によって外気と遮断出来る状
態に設けて、この育苗床に於いて発芽後の花弁の苗を日
中は太陽光線を利用して自然環境内で育苗管理を行い夜
間には育苗床をビニールトンネルや断熱材等資材を用い
て被覆して、これら資材によって被覆された育苗床内の
温度を人工的に冷房して花弁の苗を花芽の分化に必要な
低温にあわせて花芽の分化を促す花弁の人工抽苔法。In order to artificially bolt the petals, which do not differentiate into flower buds unless the green stems and leaves are exposed to low temperatures for a certain period of time, the seedling bed is set up in a state where it can be isolated from the outside air using a greenhouse or pipe house.
