    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真円柱の下面を水平面に対して一定の角度を持たせて切
    断した斜切円柱と、該円柱の直径とほぼ同一の内径で所
    定の外径を有し、斜切円柱の高さよりも小さい長さを有
    する円筒とによって構成され、かつ該円筒は前記斜切円
    柱の外周を囲みその一端が斜切円柱の真円形を有する上
    面を基準とし、て上下の位置に固定可能な構造を有する
    ことを特徴とするプラズマエツチング用ウェハートレー
    。
