Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the titled printing apparatus which has no possibility that a material to be printed may be stained with a solvent and allows the material to be quickly dried, by forming a mounting base from an air-permeable material so that the solvent is allowed to vaporize also from the reverse side of the material to be printed while it is being dried. CONSTITUTION:A mounting base 11 is constructed such that a stainless steel net 31 is attached to the upper and lower surfaces of an aluminum frame 30 such that a space (a) is formed therebetween and is covered with a cover cloth 32 through tightening frames 33 and heat-resistant rubber members 34. A material 40 to be printed is attached to the mounting base 11 by means of a tentative bonding agent 36 and is then printed and dried. Thus, there is no possibility that the ink may stain the mounting base 11 and a printing plate 17 may be clogged.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention allows screen printing and drying of air permeable printing materials such as T-shirts, cloth bags, pieces of cloth, Japanese paper, felt, etc. while attached to a mounting stand. This article relates to improvements in screen printing equipment that can be made.

(1) When the solvents contained in water-based ink, oil-based ink, etc. pass through the dryer, they adhere to the mounting base, and the solvent that once turned into a gas adheres to the mounting base and becomes liquid). The printing material, which was in a rough state, was stained. Especially when the material to be printed is thin, the ink often passes through the material and adheres to the mounting base. Furthermore, since the mounting base was dirty, the printing material was also soiled when it was attached to or removed from the mounting base. Furthermore, when the ratio of the ink surface to the printing surface is large and the printing material is thin, the defect rate reaches 95%, making it impossible to implement.

(2) スクリーン印刷する際、インクの粘着力によ

(2) When screen printing, to prevent the material from lifting due to the adhesive strength of the ink, a spray set of temporary adhesive is used (it is made into fine particles and attached to the table).
At that time, the liquid solvents adhered to the adhesive, reducing its adhesive strength. Furthermore, the temporary release All-in-all agent peeled off from the mounting base, requiring repeated application.

(3) スクリーン印刷を行う時、取付台の保有熱が

(3) When screen printing is performed, the heat held in the mounting base is transferred to the printing plate, ink, etc., which causes the printing plate to become clogged, making it necessary to wipe the printing plate frequently.

In addition, the ink gradually became hard and the color of the printed matter lacked stability due to changes in ink density. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the ink many times during printing, which requires a great deal of labor and time.
