れがあるなど諸々の問題点がある。ことに、近年実用化
されつつある後述の補強線入シエレベータ用フラットケ
ーブルを懸吊する場合は、そのフラットケーブルへの風
当たりは非常に大きく、かつ各補強線間に加わる力の不
均衡によって生ずるトルクと相俟った回転運動を起して
大きく揺れるため非常に危険で秦る。

の押えで支持されるため従来のようにエレベータの昇降
にともなって生ずる風等によるエレベータ用ケーブル揺
れを防ぐことが可能となり、昇降路の突起物に引掛かる
恐れも解消できるので安全性も向上するという効果があ
る。
