Conventionally, in rope elevators, as the car goes up and down, there is a difference in the length of the hoisting ropes on the car side and the counterweight side. Therefore, an unbalance occurs between the car side suspension load and the counterweight side suspension load applied to the hoisting machine not only due to the loaded load but also due to the weight of the hoisting rope. Particularly in high-stroke elevators, the amount of unbalance due to the weight of the hoisting rope becomes large, and there is a risk that the hoisting rope may slip. Also, more hoisting power is required.

In order to correct this hoisting rope imbalance, a conventional high stroke elevator has a configuration as shown in FIG. 1. A hoisting machine 14 is installed at the upper part of the hoistway 12, and a car 18 and a counterweight 20 are moved up and down by a hoisting rope 16 pulled by this hoisting machine 14. A compensating rope 22 having approximately the same length and the same unit weight as the hoisting rope 16 has one end placed under the car 18 and the other end connected to the side of the counterweight 20 via a tension pulley 24 for lifting and lowering. It is suspended from road 12.

2 to 5 are diagrams showing the mounting structure of the compensation rope 22 on the counterweight 20 side. The counterweight 20 has a U-shaped frame on both sides, and has a framework structure in which an upper connecting plate 26 and a lower connecting plate 28 are vertically connected by welding or the like, and the weight 30 is loaded within the framework. The whole is composed. The compensation rope 22 is attached to a suspension frame 32 fixed to the framework with bolts or the like, and a coil spring 34 is attached to the suspension frame 32.
It is attached via a thimble rod 36 having a diameter. Further, the compensating rope 22 is held at the lower part of the framework by a lower support 38.

By the way, in the conventional example shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, since the compensation rope 22 does not have a rotation stopper, the compensation rope 22 may freely rotate as shown by arrow a in the figure during elevation due to twisting of the compensation rope 22 itself. Resulting in. As a result, the thimble rod 36 will also rotate, and this rotation will loosen the nut that attaches the thimble rod 36 via the coil spring 34, and in the worst case scenario, the thimble rod 36 will come off, resulting in a serious accident. There is a drawback. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the thimble rods 36 are connected to each other by a thimble rod fixing plate 40 to prevent the above-mentioned free rotation. The effect of the coil spring 34, which is provided for adjustment due to expansion or elongation, is lost. That is, since the slack and elongation of each compensating rope 22 are different, in the worst case, one compensating rope 22 may bear the weight of the tension pulley 24, which causes the compensating rope 22 to break and the tension to increase. There were drawbacks that could lead to serious accidents such as the compensation rope 22 coming loose from the pulley 24.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, it is an object of the present invention to provide a compensation rope attachment device for an elevator that eliminates the free rotation of the thimble rod and the slack of the compensation rope without impairing the function of the coil spring.

The counterweight 20 has a frame structure similar to that of the conventional example having an upper connecting plate 26 and a lower connecting plate 28, and a hanging frame 3 attached to this frame.
2 is penetrated by a thimble rod 36 connected to the end of each compensating rope 22, and a coil spring 34 and a nut 42 are respectively fitted and screwed into the through side thereof.
Then, a flexible leaf spring 44 is arranged at the upper end of the coil spring 34 of the thimble rod 36 so that each thimble rod passes through the plate surface, and is clamped with a nut 42.
This connects the leaf spring 44 and each thimble rod 36. Note that the leaf spring 44 has flexibility, but in order to further increase the effect of its flexibility, a bent portion is formed at a position between each thimble rod 36 as shown in FIG. are doing.

According to this embodiment, since the thimble rods 36 are connected by the leaf springs 44 and attached to the counterweight 20, the free rotation of one thimble rod 36 is restricted by the other thimble rods 36, so that the thimble rods 36 do not rotate after all. It has the effect of disappearing. In addition, since the plate spring 44 has a bending portion to have sufficient flexibility, the function of the coil spring 34 is not impaired even when the tension of the compensation rope 22 is unbalanced, and the expansion of the compensation rope 22 is prevented. It has the effect of preventing sagging.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the thimble rods are connected to each other by leaf springs, thereby eliminating the free rotation of the thimble rods and the slack of the compensation rope without impairing the function of the coil springs. A rope attachment device can be provided.
