Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 多数箇所に設置された熱電対の各基準接点として用いら
    れる多数の端子が取り付けられている端子盤の温度補償
    素子であって、パッケージに封入された半導体デバイス
    と、この半導体デバイスと上記端子との間の電気的接続
    を行う第１の電極板及び第２の電極板と、この第１の電
    極板と第２の電極板との間に所定の間隙を保持した状態
    で両者を固定保持する絶縁保持部と、を具備しており、
    上記各電極板は導電性及び熱伝導性の良好な板体が用い
    られ、この電極板と上記半導体デバイスのパッケージが
    密着されていることを特ｉとする端子盤の温度補償素子
    。
