品を基板に挿入可能にしたアキシャル電子部品の挿入方
法に関する。

するように第2図の如く切断した電子部品連切断片4A
を作り、これらをさらに挿入順序に並べて再テーピング
し、再テーピングした電子部品連を用いてプリント基板
にアキシャル電子部品を挿入していく構成となっている
。このため、電子部品連2より電子部品切断片4Aを切
離したときの切ぐずかそのまま残り、この切くずは広い
範囲よ1)集める必要があるため、この切くずの処置が
問題となっていた。また、アキシャル電子部品自動挿入
機は原則としてランアル電子部品の挿入はで外ないため
、ランアル電子部品の自動挿入も合せて行いたい場合に
は別にラジアル電子部品自動挿入機を用意しなければな
らない不都合を生巴でいた。

ことか可能でラジアル電子部品自動挿入機の挿入部品の
品種を拡大することが可能となる。さらに、アキシャル
電子部品の電子部品連を再テーピングする必要かなく、
複数種の電子部品を用いる場合の挿入順序はパレットへ
の配置順序によって決定することかでき、従来の再テー
ピングの際に生じるテープの切かす等の処置が不要であ
る。
