本発明は、平滑な面と粗面化された面とで液体の濡れの
度合が異なることを利用したものである。第2図に示し

れたドーナツ状部分4を形成しておく。このような基板
1をスピンコーターにセットし低速で回転させなから粗
面部分に塗布液3を供給すると、濡れのよい粗面部分4
のみに塗布液3がのシ、ドーナツ状の均−な供給が容易
に行なわれる。その後所定の回転数で基板を回転させて

リカーボネート、ポリスルホン、ポリイミドなどが用い
