Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は引掛部材の手袋等のゴム或は熱可塑性軟質合成
樹脂製品の新規な製造方法に関するものであつて、図示
せる実施例は陶器製の手袋形型１に於て完成品たる手袋
７を得た際にその基端開口縁寄りの個所に位置する部分
に筒状の突起２を設け、この成形型１をラテックス中に
浸漬して突起２の側面を含めた表面に同ラテックスを附
着させた後、これを引き上て加熱することによつて突起
２の側面を含めた成形型１の表面に皮膜３を形成し、然
るのち成形型１より皮膜３を反転して剥離することによ
り完成品たる手袋７の基端開口縁寄りの個所に通孔４と
その初縁に連続して内向きに一体形成される内側両端開
口状の筒体５とよりなる引掛部６を設けるようにしたも
のである。
本発明は叙上の通りであるので基端開口部に引掛部を備
えた手袋等のゴム或は合成樹脂製品を極めて簡単に製造
し得るは勿論であるが、特に本発明によつて得た製品の
引掛部は通孔とその初縁に連続して内向きに一体成形さ
れる内外両端開口状の筒体とより構成されるもので、こ
の引掛部は通孔の初縁がこれと連続して形成される筒体
によつて顕著に補強され、例えばこの引掛部を壁面に打
込んだ吊下用の釘に引掛けたまま製品を不用意に強く牽
引して同部の初縁が容易に切裂ける等の事がない効果が
ある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 成形型に於て完成品を得た際にその基端開口縁寄り
    の個所に位置する部分に筒状の突起を設け、この成形型
    をラテックス中に浸漬して突起の側面を含めた表面に同
    ラテックスを附着させた後、これを引上げて加熱するこ
    とによつて突起の側面を含めた成形型の表面に皮膜を形
    成し然るのち成形型より皮膜を反転して剥離することに
    より完成品の基端開口縁寄りの個所に通孔とその切縁に
    連結して内向きに一体形成される内外両端開口状の筒体
    とよりなる引掛部を設けるようにしたことを特徴とする
    引掛部材の手袋等のゴム或は合成樹脂製品の製造方法。
