Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）燃料タンク内に配設され、燃料は通すが水を通さ
    ない小さいメツシュの第１フイルタ、燃料タンク内に配
    設され、第１フイルタより犬きいメツシュの第２フイル
    タと、第１フイルタの内部に端部が位置している第１燃
    料通路と、第２フイルタの内部に端部が位置している第
    ２燃料通路と、燃料中に含まれている水分が氷塊となる
    状態において第２燃料通路を開（コントロールバルブと
    を備えたことを特徴とする自動車の燃料吸引装置。
  2. （２）　　上記コントロールバルブは燃料の温度が低い
    ときに開かれるサーモバルブである実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の自動車の燃料吸引装置。
  3. （３）上記コントロールバルブは第１燃料通路の圧力が
    規定値以下になると開かれる圧力バルブである実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動車の燃料吸引装置。
