Claims (1)
- 単板を強制送りする搬入コンベアと該搬入コンベアの送
り力の消滅する位置付近から後方の適宜距離に渡って単
板の自由走行の搬送路を形成する加圧部を備えて搬入コ
ンベアの送り力の消滅する位置を互の端面の衝合位置と
した押し送り方式の単板槽はぎ機において、前記衝合位
置の上手側に単板検知器を配設し、衝合位置の下手側に
衝合位置において互の端面の衝合した横はぎ単板に送り
力を付与する引出しコンベアを配設し、該引出しコンベ
アを前記単板検知器による単板の検出信号に基づいて前
記搬入コンベアの送り速度と同速か又は幾分早い速度で
間欠的に走行させる作動機構を備え、且つ前記衝合位置
より下手側に横はぎ単板の板面にその繊維と直交する方
向に接着剤の塗布された糸又はテープを貼着させる複数
組の貼着機構を備えて、単板の繊維と直交する方向の長
さを衝合前とほぼ同じか又は幾分引伸ばして糸又はテー
プを貼着することを特徴とする単板の横はぎ装置。
