Claims (1)
- 複数の磁気抵抗素子及びこれを固定する基板を備えた検
出器本体を有する磁気検出器において、前記磁気抵抗素
子の電極と基板上の配線部とを接続する導線の配線部側
端部を配線部に対しネイルヘッドポンドしであることを
特徴とする磁気検出器。
