正演算器、１０・・・流速演算回路、１１・・・Ｒ８Ｄ
数演算演算、１２・・・流量補正回路、ａ・・・差圧信
号、ｂ・・・流量信号。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 配管内と絞り部分との流体の圧力差Δｐを測定する差圧
    検出器からの差圧信号に基づいて、流体の流量を算出す
    る絞り流量計において、前記差圧検出器からの差圧信号
    に基づいてレイノズル数Ｒ８ｏを演算し、流量係数α′
    を算出する回路と、流量係数α′と予め設定された流量
    係数αとから流量係数補正値Ｘを演算する回路と、流量
    係数補正値Ｘで前記差圧信号を補正演算する回路とを具
    備した絞り流量計の補正演算器。
